摘要
某挖树机项目的挖土铲在结构设计阶段遇到了制造工艺性差和结构超重的难题。为解决此问题,联合使用了拓扑优化、形状优化、尺寸优化和结构分析等多种现代设计方法和手段,最终设计出了一种相较于传统同类产品具有更好的可制造性和更优异性能的全新的挖土铲结构。本文结合该优化过程,演示了如何在结构设计中联合使用多种优化技术,以获得最优设计方案的过程。
The tree mover faced a substantial weight and manufacturing challenge during design phase. Topology, shape, and sizing optimization were involved to solve this problem, using various combinations and iterations. First, the paper outlines issues in realizing the potential benefits of optimization and the authors' view of how optimization fits into the structural design process. Next, An specific examples was provided to illustrate the processes used. Finally, the paper examines the downstream impact of the optimization process.
