Progress of Bi-metal Bandsaw Blade on Manufacturing Process

总结了双金属带锯条中电子束焊和激光焊的研究现状,介绍了最新的扩散焊和单齿焊接工艺在双金属带锯条中的应用。阐述了在线式淬火回火一体化生产线的开发状况以及双金属带锯条深冷工艺的研究进展,讨论了目前推广深冷工艺存在的困难。介绍了锯齿成形工艺的开发情况,展望了双金属带锯条的发展方向。

The present research status of electron beam welding and laser beam welding on bi-metal bandsaw blade manufacturing are reviewed, and the state-of-the-art diffusion welding and single-tooth welding process are introduced. The quenching-tempering production line of bi-metal bandsaw blade and the research status of cryogenic treatment on bi-metal bandsaw blade are summarized, and the difficulty of cryogenic treatment application is discussed. The development of tooth forming process is stated. Finally,the development of bi-metal bandsaw blade is prospected.
