摘要
针对深孔镗削过程出现的颤振问题提出了一种非线形减振槽的双镗杆刀具系统结构,并通过切削液产生的阻尼来抑制镗削过程中刀具系统的颤振。运用Fluent软件进行流场仿真,结果表明非线形减振槽阻尼通道的沿程压力损失以及阻力系数增大;运用Simulink软件进行动力学仿真,结果表明切削液通过非线形减振槽阻尼通道能有效地抑制深孔镗削过程中的颤振。
Concerning the chatter problem in deep hole boring, a dual boring bar system with nonlinear damping grooves is presented to inhibit the flutter through cutting fluid damping. The flow field with nonlinear damping grooves is simulated through Fluent software, and the results show that the pressure loss and the damping factor increase. The dynamics simulation is carried out through Simulink and the results show that the cutting fluid flowing through a channel with nonlinear damping grooves can effectively restrain the flutter in deep hole boring.
