摘要
为了有效改善挤压丝锥在攻丝过程中出现粘屑、磨损严重、攻丝扭矩大和使用寿命短等问题,本文将挤压丝锥螺纹牙型设计成圆顶圆底形状,并通过去除挤压锥前端不完整齿和增加表面抛光处理等工艺方法对挤压丝锥进行了表面处理并进行切削试验研究,得到了能有效改善挤压丝锥攻丝状况和提高丝锥使用寿命的几种工艺方法。
To improve the chip sticking, wear, large tapping torque, short service life problems of the forming taps during the tapping process effectively. The paper designs the rounding top and bottom thread form,removes the incomplete teeth on the front end and surface treatment of passivating and polishing. The paper also involves cutting experiments. The paper also provides several manufacturing process which can improve tapping problems and service life of the forming taps.
