摘要
为实现虚拟测量,通过对一维接触式测头的碰撞检测过程进行分析,建立了基于三角面片模型的一维测头的碰撞检测数学模型,并以虚拟齿轮测量中心(VGMC)为平台,对不同的虚拟工件模型进行静态和动态仿真测量,仿真结果验证了碰撞检测算法的正确性。
To realize the virtual measurement, collision detection model of one-dimensional contact probe was established by analyzing the process of collision detection based on triangular facet model. The virtual gear measuring center(VGMC) was as a platform for the measurement of static and dynamic simulation of different virtual workpieces, and the simulation results verify the correctness of the collision detection algorithm.
