摘要
为提高计算机专业的教学质量,更好地满足软件行业的人才需求,根据大众化高等教育阶段学生的实际情况,提出了人才培养目标层次化、课程体系模块化的理念,并提出了具体的教育教学改革方法。通过在软件工程专业中的实践,结果表明可以有效地提高学习困难学生的学习效果、激发中等学生的学习积极性、培养优秀学生的创新能力,提高了教学质量,也提高了学生的就业质量和就业率。所提出的基于模块化课程体系的层次化培养模式也可用于其他相关专业。
In order to improve the teaching quality of computer majors and meet the talent needs of the software industry better,the paper puts forward the concept of hierarchical talents training target,modular curriculum system,and the concrete method of teaching reform according to the actual circumstance of the popularization stage of higher education students. Through the practice in software engineering speciaty,the results show that it can effectively improve the learning effect of students with learning difficulties,stimulate secondary students' study enthusiasm,cultivate outstanding students' innovation ability,improve the teaching quality and the students' overall employment quality and rates. The hierarchical cultivation mode based on the modular curriculum system can also be used for other related majors.
