摘要
主要对超大型四瓣式磨机端盖的加工方法及工艺规程设计进行了论述,通过分析端盖的加工技术要点、精度要求,设计出合理的加工工艺流程及装夹工装。
The processing method and technological procedure design of end cover of large 90° splits mill were discussed.Through analysis of machining technology and precision requirements of end cap,reasonable machining procedure and jig and fixture support were designed.
