摘要
某电厂2号汽轮机在运行中,2号瓦轴振多次发生在短时间内振动突增至高点后缓慢回落,严重影响机组的正常运行。通过对该间歇性突发振动进行原因分析,发现主要原因为2号轴瓦稳定性较差、汽轮机转子在油档、轴封及隔板汽封等多处发生动静碰摩。采取了对汽轮机转子返厂打磨、修刮,调整轴瓦参数,清除油档油垢,调整汽封及油档间隙等措施,消除了异常振动,为同类型振动故障处理提供参考意见。
During the operation of No. 2 steam turbine in a power plant,the vibration of No. 2 bushing increases to a high point suddenly in a short time,then slows down,which affects the normal operation of the unit seriously. By analyzing the cause of the intermittent sudden vibration,the main reason is that the stability of No. 2 bushing is poor,and the static and dynamic rubbing exists between rotor of the steam turbine and the oil catch,shaft seal and clapboard steam seal. The corresponding measures for the turbine rotor are taken to eliminate the abnormal vibration. It provides reference for the same type of vibration fault treatment.
