隐匿性肾炎伴食物不耐受患者食物干预效果及机理分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究隐匿性肾炎伴14种食物不耐受性患者食物干预效果,并探讨其原因和机理。方法:选择60例隐匿性肾炎伴食物不耐受性的患者,患者被随机分到食物干预组、百令胶囊组、空白对照组,每组各20人。三组均以3个月为一疗程。三组治疗前后的尿红细胞、24小时尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白定量、血液IgG含量等指标被分别记录和观察,探讨食物干预对隐匿性肾炎伴食物不耐受性患者应用食物干预的临床疗效,并分析其作用机理。结果:(1)百令胶囊组、食物干扰组与空白对照组比较,24小时尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白定量水平、血浆IgG水平下降,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗前后比较:食物干预组和百令胶囊组以上指标在治疗后均较治疗前明显降低,治疗前后差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05),而空白对照组无明显差异;(3)食物干扰组伴皮肤症状、肠道症状患者效果更明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对食物不耐受性患者而言,不耐受食物可导致肾小球损害,引起蛋白尿,是隐匿性肾炎发生发展的重要因素。 Objective: To study the effect of food therapy for patients with occult nephritis with 14 kinds of food intolerance, and explore its reason and mechanism. Methods: 60 patients with latent nephritis associated with food intolerance were selected. The patients were randomly assigned to food intervention group, bailing capsule group, blank control group, and each group consisted of 20 people. Three groups were treated with 3 months as a course of treatment. The urine red blood cell count, 24 - hour urine protein quantitation, urinary microalbumin quantitative and blood IgG content were recorded and observed before and after the treatment, and analyzed the mechanism of its action. Results: ( 1 ) Compared the control group with bailing capsule group, food interference group and blank control group, the figure of the 24 - hour urine protein quantitation, urinary microalbumin quantitative level and blood IgG level decreased, with statistical significance ( p 〈 0.05 ) ; (2) Comparison of before and after treatment : the indexes mentioned - above in the food disturbance group and bailing capsule group were significantly lower than those before treatment which implied statistically significant( p 〈 0.05 ), while there was no significant difference in the blank control group;(3 )The patients with dermatitis and intestinal symptoms were more effective ( p 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: For patients with food intolerance, intolerance of food can lead to glomerular damage and proteinuria is an important factor in the development of occult nephritis.
