摘要
在生料配料过程中,配入少量不同行业的酸洗污泥,考察利用水泥窑协同处置不同种类酸洗污泥对熟料中可浸出重金属含量、熟料率值、抗压强度、水泥凝结时间、水泥安定性等参数的影响。协同处置酸洗污泥的同时,检测了烧成系统窑尾废气中的铬、镍、铅、铜、锰等重金属排放浓度。结果显示,利用水泥窑协同处置适量的酸洗污泥,不影响熟料和水泥的质量,各种气态污染物能满足国家相关标准的要求。
In the raw material proportioning, a small amout of acid sludge from different industry were added to study the impact of ap- plying cement kiln in cooperative treatment of different acid washing sludge on the extractable heavy metals content of clinker, clinker value, clinker compressive strength and cement setting time and stability. At the same time, the concentrations of heavy metals such as chromium, nickel, lead, copper and manganese in the flue gas of the sintering system were measured. The results show that using cement kiln to deal with the proper amount of acid washing sludge does not affect the quality of clinker and cement, and all kinds of gaseous pol- lutants can meet the requirements of relevant national standards.
