摘要
在分析研究哈密南岗建材有限公司2 000 t/d熟料生产线烧成系统存在的突出问题的基础上,采用甘肃土木工程科学研究院具有自主知识产权的4项专利技术对现有窑尾预热预分解系统进行技术改造,使烧成系统熟料产量增加56.61%,煤耗和电耗分别下降22.11%和31.62%,增产和节能降耗效果非常显著,达到了国内同规模生产线的领先水平。文章详细介绍了技改内容、技术特点、设计思路和技改效果。
On the basis of analysing problems existing in the firing system in Hami Nangang Building Materials Co., Ltd. 2 000 t/d clinker production line, four patent technologies of independent intellectual property rights of Gansu Civil Engineering Research Insti- tute are used to reconstruct the preheating pre-decomposing system of the existing kiln,which makes a 56.61% increase in output of clinker burning system and coal consumption and electricity consumption fall by 22.11% and 31.62%.The effect of increasing produc- tion and energy saving is very significant, which has reached the leading level of domestic production line. The article introduces the technical content, technical characteristics, design ideas and technical effects.
