摘要
通过加强工序质量控制管理,优化原燃料组份,提高水泥熟料流动度和强度的研究探索,不但消除了水泥熟料生产中影响流动性、强度的不利影响因素,而且还从生产中总结经验。根据公司生产实际情况,从原燃料进厂到人员操作等各个环节制定了有效的管理措施并实施,实现了较好的管理控制效果。
By strengthening the process quality control and management, optimizing the composition of raw fuel and improving the fluidity and strength of cement clinker, the research and exploration not only eliminates the adverse factors that affect the liquidity and strength of cement clinker production, but also summarizes the experience from the production.According to the actual production of the company, the effective management measures are developed from the raw fuel into the plant to the operation and other aspects to achieve a better effect of management control.
