摘要
量子密钥分配与一次一密的有机结合,可在理论上确保量子密钥的安全性。为满足量子保密通信系统的实际安全性、安全能力与电网适用性测试验证需求,采用自顶向下的综合分析指标体系构建方法,提出了涵盖QKD协议一致性、系统性能、系统攻防能力、电网适应性和经典信通安全的电力量子保密通信测试指标体系,同时给出了QKD协议一致性与系统关键性能的测试方法,可为电力量子保密通信系统安全性测试验证提供支撑。
Combining quantum key distribution and one time encryption technology, the absolute security of information transmission can be theoretically ensured. Based on test validation requirements of quantum secret communication system actual security, security ability, power grid adaptability, a top-down comprehensive analysis index system construction method was adopted in this paper, a test index system included the QKD protocol conformance, system performance, system offensive and defensive ability and power grid adaptability was proposed. At the same time, the test method of QKD protocol consistency and system key performance is given, which can provide support for security test and verification of power quantum secure communication system.
