少数民族习惯法的转型一直是一个比较热门的话题,为了使得少数民族习惯法与国家制定法进行融合,必须研究少数民族习惯法的转型问题。在对少数民族习惯法转型的必要性和可行性进行分析的基础上,提出少数民族习惯法的转型建议,以促进少数民族习惯法与国家制定法的融合,从一定程度上保障民族之间的团结与和谐发展。

The transformation of minority nationality customary law has been a hot topic. In order to make the integration of minority nationality customary law and national law, we must study the transformation of minority nationality customary law. The paper analyses the necessity and feasibility of the transformation of the minority customary law. On this basis, it puts forward suggestions for the transformation of minority customary law, to promote the integration of minority customary law and national law, and to a certain extent, safeguard the unity and harmonious development of the nation.
