导游职业化背景下人才培养问题探究

Problems of Talents Training in the Background of Professionalization of Tour Guide

国家旅游局已出台的导游执业自由化试点政策,将导游管理实现从行政化、非流动、封闭式向法治化、市场化转变,但执业新政策的实施会对导游人员的素质和技能提出更高要求,对于培养导游人才主体的高校,应通过转换教学理念,拓展课程类型,优化师资结构等多渠道提升导游人才培养质量,从而适应新的导游执业发展要求。

The National Tourism Bureau has promulgated a pilot policy of tour guide, which aims at the transformation of tour guide management from administrative, non-mobile, closed type to legalization and marketization. But the implementation of the new policy will make higher demands on the quality and skills of tour guides. For colleges and universities that mainly cultivate the talents of tour guides, they should improve the quality of tour guides by changing the teaching idea, expanding the types of courses and optimizing the structure of teachers, etc.
