摘要
在对江苏省南通市6所高职院校的426名学生进行调查研究的基础上,深入分析了高职院校学生在就业创业方面存在的性别差异。结果表明,性别差异对高职院校学生的就业观、就业方式、首次工作工资期望均无显著影响,对择业标准、就业性别限制现象认知等部分因素有显著性影响。在创业态度与意向上,男女生存在显著性差异,男生比女生更倾向于自主创业。基于此,高职院校应关注男女生性别差异,完善教育模式,建立系统的就业创业课程考核机制,并立足当地社会经济发展需求,注重实践,强化创业意识,关注女生就业。
Based on the investigation of 426 college students in 6 higher vocational colleges in Nantong of Jiangsu province, this paper makes a deep study on the gender differences in the employment and entrepreneurship between students in higher vocational colleges. The results show that there are no significant effects on students' outlooks towards employment, patterns of employment and salary expectations for the first job. However, it has a significant effect on criteria of employment, and some factors related to cogni- tion on gender limitation in employment. Besides, in terms of attitude and attention, it has significant differences between men and women. Men are more likely to start their own businesses than women. Based on this, more attention is required to put on the gender difference in higher vocational colleges. The colleges are expected to improve the structure of education, to set up systematic courses, and to reform the evaluation mechanism. Meanwhile, they'd better meet the practical needs of local economic development, strengthen the awareness of entrepreneurship and pay attention to female employment.
