摘要
本文以烟台市市区2005、2010和2015年3期ETM及TM遥感影像为基础,对经过主成分变换后的影像采用计算机人工智能非监督分类方法提取了烟台市土地利用类型信息,研究了十年间烟台市土地利用的总量变化特征和土地利用类型动态变化特征。得出的研究结果表明:烟台市城镇建设用地面积变化最为显著,变化的面积主要为原有耕地及林草地转化而来,随城市化进程的不断加速扩张而导致占用其他农业及自然用地现象加重。通过对土地利用类型变化的动态分析,结合土地类型的转换特点,本文研究结果对当前形势下的烟台市采取一些合理有效的规划措施提供良好的依据。
Based on the data obtained from remote sensing images of Yantai land use in the year of 2005, 2010 and 2015, the characteristics and dynamic changes of land use type feature were analyzed. The results of the study showed that Yantai city urban construction land area had the most significant changes, which was mainly from farmland and forest and grassland conversion. The urbanization development accelerated the procession and the expansion of agriculture land occupation. The dynamic analysis of land use change and the characteristics of land type conversion would provide valuable bases for reasonable and effective planning measures for Yantai in the current situation.
