浅析水电站安全隐患与防控

Analysis and Prevention of Safety Hazards in Hydropower Stations

结合水电站建设、运营特点,以投产初期、稳定运行期为切入点,对电厂的常见安全隐患进行了分析,提出了具体有效的防控对策。水电站安全隐患排查与防控需要全体人员共同参与,坚持不懈。只有坚持安全第一、预防为主的原则,以设备、人、管理为中心,科学组织与安排,将隐患防控措施落实到电力建设、生产的每一个阶段,才能在最大程度上避免和减少意外和事故的发生。

Considering the construction and operation characteristics of the hydropower stations,the commonly encountered safety hazards in the stations,especially during the initial and stable operation stages,are analyzed. Prevention measures are then proposed correspondingly. It shows that the identification and prevention of the safety hazards must be carried out consistently by the whole station staff. Following the ＂safety first and prevention crucial＂principle and focusing on the equipment,personnel and management,the safety hazard prevention should be emphasized during each stage of the construction and operation of hydropower stations. Only with these measures,could the occurrence of accidents be avoided or reduced to the greatest extent.
