摘要
高质量的DNA是进行林木分子生物学研究的基础,本研究利用CTAB法提取旱冬瓜基因组DNA,结果表明CTAB法提取的DNA质量和得率较好,能满足实验分析的需要。
High quality DNA is critical in the study of forest molecular biology. In this study, the CTAB method was used to ex- tract genomic DNA from Alnus nepalensis D.Don. The results show that the quality and yield of DNA are good by this method.
