随着国家越来越关注农村发展的问题,农村建设进入了一个崭新的阶段。农村的发展除了国家颁布农村建设的导向性政策外,更要依靠基层管理者有效的村务管理。本文以海南省儋州市那大镇屋基村村务管理为例进行分析,提出农村村务管理中存在的问题及解决的措施。

Nowadays, more and more attention has been paid to the problem of rural development, which is closely related to the background of the times and the reality of China＇s development.
