高职《葡萄酒设备使用与维护》项目课程开发策略

Strategies for the Development of Project-based Curriculum of “Wine Equipment Use and Maintenance” in Higher Vocational Education

葡萄酒的生产离不开葡萄酒机械设备,作为酿酒技术专业核心课程之一,由于缺乏高职高专教材、教学方法落后等原因,《葡萄酒设备使用与维护》一直无法满足人才培养目标需求。为此,本课题组基于项目课程开发理论与技术对本课程进行了项目课程开发研究,从岗位工作任务与职业能力分析入手,对课程定位、课程结构、课程内容(项目)和课程评价体系的构建进行了阐述,最后对项目教学实践存在的问题进行了反思。

The production of wine need wine machinery and equipments, ing technology professional core courses, because of the lack of higher as one of the wine-mak- vocational education textbooks, backward teaching methods, the course of ＂wine equipment use and maintenance＂ has been unable to meet the demand of talents training target. Therefore, based on the theory and technology development of project curriculum, the research expound the strategies from the analysis on working tasks and professional ability, the course orientation, curriculum structure, curriculum content （projects） and the construction of curriculum evaluation system. Finally, the project to reflect on the teaching practice and the existing problems.
