低值生物质原料生产微生物油脂的发酵工艺初探

Study on the Fermentation Process for Producing Microbial Oil in Low-value Biomass Raw Materials

本研究利用早期筛选产油脂酵母菌株SYY15-3发酵玉米秸秆水解液制备微生物油脂,为低值生物质原料的利用和微生物油脂的生产提供参考。通过实验确定了(NH_4)_2SO_4为发酵较为合适的氮源,通过单因素试验及正交试验优化发酵工艺参数,获得利用低值生物质产油脂最优发酵条件。结果表明:种子接种量10%,初始pH为5.5,碳氮比为50:1,在28℃、180r/min条件下发酵120h后油脂产量达到5.35g/L。

Yeast strains SYY15-3 was applied to produce microbial lipid in the fermentationof hydrolyzed ofcorn straw. The results can provide the reference for utilization of low value biomass and microbial lipid production.（NH4）2SO4 was proved to be relatively suitable nitrogen source by the experiment. We found the optimal fermentation conditions using low value biomass to produce lipid by the single factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed that lipid production will be achieved 5.35 g/L when the conditions are10% seed liquid, initial pH 5.5, carbon nitrogen ratio of 50∶1, at 28℃, and 180 r/min for 120 h.
