摘要
优化酸模中蒽醌类成分的提取工艺。以大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚和芦荟大黄素为对照品,以蒽醌类成分得率为考察指标,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法对酸模中蒽醌类成分得率影响较大的因素(甲醇体积分数、提取时间、料液比)进行优化,得最佳提取工艺;采用优化所得最佳提取工艺提取并测定酸模不同植物部位蒽醌类成分含量。结果表明:酸模中蒽醌类成分的最佳提取工艺为甲醇浓度87%,料液比1∶33,超声辅助提取10min后,回流提取97min。试验结果为酸模蒽醌类成分的提取提供了工艺参数。
The extraction of anthraquinones from Rumex acetosa L. was optimized. With Emodin, Chrysophanic acid, Emodin-3-methyl ether and Aloe-emodin as the reference substance and anthraquinones from R. acetosa as the index, on the basis of single factor experiment, different optimum conditions(methanol concentration, extraction time and material-liquid ratio optimization) was selected and response surface method was used for the extraction of anthraquinones from R. acetosa to find optimal conditions for the extraction; determine anthraquinone content in different plant parts of Rumex acetosa. The best extraction conditions was as follows: methanol concengtration 87%, solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶33, ultrasonic extraction 10 min and then reflux extraction 97 min. The research provided technological parameters for the extraction of anthraquinones from R. acetosa.
