摘要
食品安全快速检测技术是食品质量与安全专业和食品科学与工程专业的一门重要专业课,对食品专业人才的全面培养具有不可或缺的作用。本文以提高教学质量,培养高素质专业人才为目标,针对食品安全快速检测技术课程的教学模式和教学方法进行了思考和改革探讨,调整教学思路,以研促教,提高检测技术的先进性,构建合理的课程体系,与世界前沿科学技术接轨,加强学生创新能力和综合职业素养的培养。
Rapid detection technology of food safety is an important professional course in the majors of food quality safety and food science engineering. It is indispensable for the comprehensive training of professional talents. This research was aimed to improve the teaching quality and train high-quality professional talents. Thus,the curriculum reform of the rapid detection technology course of food safety in teaching mode and teaching method were carried out. In order to strengthen the cultivation of students' innovative ability and the comprehensive professional quality, some measures were used which included adjusting the teaching idea, promoting teaching on the basis of science research, improving the advantage of detection technology, constructing reasonable curriculum system, and connecting the world frontier science and technology.
