文化具有促进教学发展的功能,在"大众创业、万众创新"背景下,加强文化建设,探索特色育人道路是江西省高校开展创新创业教育的应尽责任,也是江西高校跨越发展的现实选择。江西高校创新创业教育应当树立文化思维,加强行为文化引导和文化载体建设;继承和发扬优秀传统文化,筑牢高校创新创业教育的核心价值观;凸显和发展特色文化,促进高校创新创业教育的特色发展;构筑和形成实践文化体系,促进高校创新创业教育持续创新。

Culture helps promote the development of education. Under the background of ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂, it is the responsibility of Jiangxi colleges and universities to strengthen cultural construction and explore characteristic education roads so as to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education, and it is also the practical choice of Jiangxi colleges and universities in order to achieve a spanning development. To promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Jiangxi colleges and universities, we should build culture -ori- ented mind, improve the construction of cultural guidance and cultural carriers, inherit and carry forward the ex- cellent traditional culture, consolidate the core value of innovation and entrepreneurship education, emphasize develop the characteristic culture, and form a practical culture system.
