大数据环境下统计学的人才培养模式与课程体系研究

Research on Talent Training Mode and Curriculum System of Statistics Under the Background of Big Data

针对大数据时代下统计学的人才培养,分别从培养目标与培养规格、主要学习内容、教育方式与学习能力等方面分析了大数据对统计学人才培养的影响与挑战。阐述了东华理工大学统计学人才培养的一些改革措施与具体实施方案,构建了统计学知识体系与课程体系,并提炼出了统计学人才培养的特色。最后,给出了大数据环境下统计学人才培养的一点思考和建议。

For talent training of statistics major under the background of big data, influence and challenge of the big data on statistics talent training are analyzed respectively from training objectives and specifications, main learning contents, teaching ways and learning ability. Then we give some reform measures and concrete practice program of statistics talent training, construct statistics knowledge and curriculum system, and extract the charac- teristics of statistics talent training. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions and opinions about statistics talent training under the background of big data.
