关于《伤寒论》中症状规律的探讨

Discussion on the Regularity of Symptoms in Treatise on Febrile Diseases

从症状部位分类、症状获得方式分类、症状反应病机的性质阐释《伤寒论》中关于症状的分析,并用"口渴"和"咽干口燥"这一组症状作为例证进行解析,突出"症"在辨证论治以及掌握疾病的本质和发展规律上的重要作用。说明症状是辨病与辨证的前提,对于临床辨病和辨证,进行合理的处方用药有着十分重大的实际意义。

From three classification rules such as the site of symptom, symptom acquisition mode and the nature of symptoms to explain the analysis of symptom in Treatise on Febrile Diseases, we also use the ＂thirst＂ and ＂dry throat＂ which is a group of symptoms as examples to analyze it, so as to highlight the important role of ＂disease＂ in treatment based on syndrome differentiation and grasp the essence of the disease. The thesis atso illustrates that symptoms are the premise of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, and it is of great practical significance to make rational prescription medication for clinical differentiation and syndrome differentiation.
