对中药治疗骨质增生的研究进展以辨证分型为提纲,对其中医病因病机,及其不同证型的临床用药治疗加以综述。认为骨质增生常从肝肾亏虚型、气滞血瘀型、风寒湿痹型3个方面予以辨证论治。3大类证型又具有不同的病理特点,临床用药的选择各有不同。

This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of hyperostogeny with the dialectical classification as the outline, and summarizes its TCM etiology and pathogenesis, clinical treatment of different syndromes. Hyperostogeny usually base on three types of syndromes, including liver and kidney deficiency, blood stasis and wind cold dampness paralysis. The three types of syndromes have different pathological features and clinical choice of drugs.
