Comparison Analysis on Graph of Pressing Manipulation

目的:通过对按法操作图像的对比分析,探讨反映按法操作要领的参数指标,为按法操作客观化提供依据。方法:利用推拿手法测定仪分别采集推拿专业老师及在校学生进行按法的操作图像,从按法的作用力大小、持续时间、频率3个方面对两组手法进行分析。结果:(1)教师组与学生组所获得的最大压力、频率及持续时间性差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)学生组中男生与女生最大按压力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在频率及持续时间的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:利用推拿手法测定仪能直观地反映按法操作波形的动态变化;通过最大按压力、持续时间、频率3个指标的描述能客观地反映按法的操作要领,充分地体现了"持久、有力、柔和、均匀、深透"的基本要求。

Objective： To explore the parameters and index of its essentials, and find out its standardization for Pressing Manipulation based on the comparison on graph of Pressing Manipulation. Methods： We collected graph by Tuina-Massage test meters from two groups, the college teacher group and the college student group both majoring Tuina-Massage, and analyzed and compared their physical strength, duration and frequency of Pressing Manipulation. Results： （1） There are significant differences between the two groups on the aspects of physical strength, duration and frequency, which have statistical significance （P〈0.01）; （2）Within the student group, the comparison on the biggest physical strength between male and female students showed statistical significance （P〈0.05）, while there is no statistical significance about the comparison on their frequency and duration （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： Tuina-Massage test meters can directly represent the dynamic waveform changes on Pressing Manipulation. Meanwhile, the meters＂ records on the Biggest physical strength, duration and frequency can truly represent the essentials for Pressing Manipulation and meet the basic demand of being enduring, vigorous, gentle, even and penetrating.
