摘要
初任教师作为民办高校的新生力量,为民办高校发展注入了新鲜血液。目前,民办高校初任教师在教学、科研和社会服务上面临各种发展困境,有效解决他们的发展困境是摆在民办高校面前的一个重要课题。文章从高校、社会和教师三个方面提出解决民办高校初任教师发展困境的对策,以期能够促进初任教师和学校的共同发展,进而为民办高等教育的可持续发展提供不竭动力。
As a new force,new teachers inject fresh blood for the development of private universities. At present,new teachers of private colleges have difficulties in their teaching,scientific research and social services. How to solve their difficulties is an important topic for private universities. The paper puts forward countermeasures to solve new teachers' development plight from the perspectives of universities,society and teachers,in order to promote the development of both teachers and colleges as well as sustainable development of private higher education.
