水飞蓟宾对豚鼠皮肤色素沉着影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨水飞蓟宾对中波紫外线(UVB)诱导的色素沉着豚鼠模型的影响。方法采用紫外线光疗仪照射棕黄色豚鼠,建立豚鼠皮肤色素沉着模型,将豚鼠分为空白对照组、模型组、基质组、治疗组、阳性对照组,每组8只共40只。其中模型组、治疗组和阳性对照组分别给与UVB照射15 min,连续照射20 d,分别给基质组、治疗组、阳性对照组基质、水飞蓟宾和玉兰油30 d后,对豚鼠皮肤组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、酪氨酸酶(TYR)、酪氨酸相关蛋白酶-2(TRP-2)的含量进行检测。结果与模型组比较,治疗组豚鼠皮肤色素明显变浅,组织匀浆液中SOD、CAT活力明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TYR、TRP-2含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论水飞蓟宾具有抑制色素沉着的作用,作用机制可能与其能够清除自由基防止组织过氧化损伤,抑制酪氨酸酶分泌有关。 Objective To explore the influence of Silybin on guinea pigs model induced pigmentation by UVB.nethods Brown yellow guinea pigs were irradiated by ultraviolet ray phototherapy apparatus,the skin pigmentation of guinea pigs model was established,the guinea pigs were divided into blank control group,model group,matrix group,treatment group, and positive control group,there were 40 guinea pigs,each group 8 guinea pigs.Model group,treatment group and positive control group were irradiated by 1 rain for 20 days continually,matrix group,treatment group and positive control group were used matrix,silybin and Olay for 30 days,the SOD,CAT,TYR and TRP-2 content in guinea pigs were tested.Resuits Compared with model group,guinea pigs' skin pigment becomes shadow distinctively,SOD,CAT activity in tissue homogenizing fluid becomes high distinctively,the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05),TYR,TRP-2 contents decrease distinctively (P〈0.05).Conclusion Slybin can inhibit skin pigmentation,the mechanism function may be related to the ability of removal free radicals from oxidative damage and inhabitation of tyrosine's activity
