宫腔镜子宫纵隔冷刀手术与电切术对子宫内膜影响的对比研究

Comparative study on the effect of hysteroscopic uterine mediastinal cold knife operation and transurethral resection on endometrium

目的探讨宫腔镜子宫纵隔冷刀手术以及电切术对子宫内膜的作用。方法选取2016年3月~2017年2月我院收治的62例不全子宫纵隔患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为两组,每组各31例。对照组患者行宫腔镜电切术,观察组患者实施宫腔镜子宫纵隔冷刀手术。观察两组患者的手术情况、子宫内膜愈合、残隔、宫腔黏连情况。结果观察组患者的操作时间[(15.11±2.82)min]、住院时间[(4.03±0.67)d]短于对照组[(28.04±1.96)min、(8.81±1.92)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的失血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的子宫内膜愈合满意率(93.55%)高于对照组(74.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的残隔以及宫腔黏连率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相比宫腔镜电切术,宫腔镜子宫纵隔冷刀手术更具优势,子宫内膜愈合情况更佳,操作时间更短。

Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic uterine mediastinal cold knife operation and transurethral resection of endometrium.nethods From March 2016 to February 2017,62 patients with uterine mediastinal were selected as the subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.Hysteroscopic resection was performed in the control group.The observation group was treated with hysteroscopic uterine mediastinal cold knife operation.The surgical conditions,endometrial healing,residual,uterine adhesions of two groups were compared.Results The operation time [（15.11±2.82）mini and hospitalization time [（4.03±0.67）d] of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group [（28.04±1.96）min,（8.81±1.92）d],the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Blood loss was compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.The satisfaction rate of endometrial healing was 93.55% in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Residual and intracavitary adhesions were compared between the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Compared with hysteroscopic resection,hysteroscopic uterine longitudinal cold knife surgery more advantages,better endometrial healing,shorter operating time.
