早期护理干预对维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症发生率的影响

Influence of early nursing intervention on the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的探讨早期护理干预对维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症发生率的影响。方法选择我院2015年1月~2017年1月收治的140例维持性血液透析患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组实施常规临床治疗和护理,实验组实施早期护理干预,比较两组患者的并发症发生情况和远期生存质量。结果实验组的并发症发生率为11.43%,低于对照组的54.29%(P<0.05)。实验组患者护理后的各项远期生存质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者接受早期护理干预,有助于其动静脉内瘘并发症发生率的降低以及远期生存质量的提高。

Objective To explore the influence of early nursing intervention on the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Clinical data of 140 cases with maintenance hemodialysis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the control group received the routine therapy and nursing,the experimental group received early nursing intervention.The incidence of complications and long-term quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complication rate of the experimental group was 11.43%,and that of the control group was 54.29%. The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The various long-term quality of life indicators of the maintenance hemodialysis in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula and improve the quality of life in the long run.
