Effects of Bolting and Flowering Times with Plumule-vernalization in Different Non-heading Chinese Cabbage Varieties

[目的]研究种芽春化对不结球白菜现蕾时间、开花时间的影响。[方法]以16个不结球白菜品种为试验材料,将萌芽种子经低温处理不同时间,播种后,调查各品种现蕾天数。[结果]种芽春化处理的14个不结球白菜品种的平均现蕾时间、开花时间均提前。其中舞春与秀青经种芽处理后并没有现蕾和抽薹开花,表明种芽春化处理并不是不结球白菜通过春化的唯一方式。不同天数的处理对不同品种现蕾与开花时间的影响无一致性,可能与品种本身的特性有关。[结论]为加快育种进程和种质资源的合理利用提供参考。

[Objective] The aim was to study the effect of bolting and flowering time with plumule- vernalization in non-heading Chinese Cabbages. [Method] Sixteen non-heading Chinese cabbage varieties seeds were treated in low temperature for different time. After sowing, the bolting budding time were investigated, [Result] The results showed that both the bloting and flowering times of 14 plumule-vernalization material were advanced. Besides, ＂Wuchun＂ and ＂Xiuqing＂ could not bolting and flowering, while the plumule-vernalization was not the only way of vernalization. The effect of different days on the bolting and flowering time of different varieties was not consistent and may be related to the characteristics of the variety itself. [Conclusion] The study could accelerate the breeding procedure and provide rational utilization for germplasm resources.
