随着我国依法治国进程深入推进,高校法制建设也进入了深水区和攻艰区。在高校法制建设实践中,由于意识和体系的制约,仍存在诸多不足,亟待得到进一步提升。在高校法制建设进程中,要关注节点性问题,提升高校法制建设的针对实效性,满足依法治国总体工作需求,提升高校管理的综合水平。

With the deepening of the process of running the country according to law,the construction of the legal system in higher colleges has also entered the deep water zone and the difficult area. In the practice of legal construction in higher colleges,due to the restriction of consciousness and system,there are still many deficiencies which need further promotion. In the process of university legal system construction,we should pay attention to the problems of nodes,enhance the effectiveness of the legal construction of colleges and universities,meet the needs of the overall work of the rule of law,and improve the comprehensive level of university management.
