共同价值语境下全球治理新准则的思考

Cogitations on the New Global Governance Standards in the Context of Common Value

全球化日趋深入使现有全球治理体系已不能有效解决多元复杂的国际问题。在以美国为首的西方集团狂热输出"普世价值"背景下,全球治理体系建制面临极大挑战。"普世价值"的形而上学性和抽象性从根本上表明它不适合作为全球治理体系基石,其"博爱、民主、平等、公平"具有虚伪性、并否定文明多样性这一客观现实。全球治理体系应具有"倡导性、协商性、共享性"等特质,所以"共同价值"才是世界人民所接受并重建全球治理体系的价值准则。

With the deepening of globalization,the existing global governance system has been unable to effectively solve the diverse and complicated international problems. Under the background of ＂ universal value＂ exported by the western group which led by American,the global governance system is confronted with great challenges. The metaphysical and abstract Universal Value fundamentally indicate that it is not suitable as the cornerstone of the global governance system,its goals such as fraternity,democracy,equality and fairness are false. Meanwhile these tenets deny the objective reality of the diversity of civilizations. The global governance system should have the characteristics of ＂ advocacy,negotiation and sharing＂,so ＂ common value＂ is the value criterion that can be accepted by the people of the world and reconstruct the global governance system.
