基于人才培养视角的党建工作改革教育创新

The Reform of Party Construction and Education Innovation from the Perspective of Talent Training

近些年来大学生党员数量的不断增加的同时,高校党建工作任务也变得更加艰巨。为了提升人才培养力度,加大思政教育对学生思想培养的功能发挥,本文对党建工作改革教育创新进行分析。通过对党建工作改革教育创新对于人才培养的重要意义探讨,构建了改革教育创新高校党建工作的思路,并提出以培养学生成长为本,创新党建工作的实施策略。

In recent years,the number of college party members has been increasing,and the task of Party building has become more arduous. In order to promote the training of talents and enlarge the function of ideological and political education to train the students＇ ideological training,this paper analyzes the reform of Party construction and the innovation of education. Based on the work of Party building reform education innovation is important for talent training to construct education reform innovation of Party construction ideas,and put forward to cultivate students＇ growth for the implementation of strategy of innovation of the party building work.
