内热针联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察 被引量:13

Clinical Observation on Internal Heat Needle Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

摘要 目的观察内热针联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及对患者血清中白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法将56例患者按随机抽样法分为两组,治疗组28例,采用内热针联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗;对照组28例,采用内热针联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗,均治疗35d,观察治疗前后Lequesne总指数及患者血清中IL-1、IL-6水平,并进行比较。结果治疗组关节Lequesne总指数及患者血清中IL-1、IL-6水平与对照组比较,两者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论内热针联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能有效改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者Lequesne总指数,降低血清中IL-1、IL-6含量,改善关节血液循环,提高治疗效果。 Objective To observe the curative effect of internal heat needle combined with sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis (KOA) and its influence on the levels of IL-1 ,IL-6 in serum. Methods 56 cases of patients with KOA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with internal heat needle and sodium hyaluronate for 35d; control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate for 35d. The Lequesne index and the levesl of IL-1, IL-6 in serum were observed before and after treatment, and the response was evaluated. Results The Lequesne index and the levels of IL-1, IL-6 expression in treatment group was significantly lower than those of control group(P〈0.05 ). The therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than that of control group. Conclusion Internal heat needle combined with sodium hyaluronate can improve the Lequesne index ofKOA, reduce the IL-1, IL-6 expression and accelerate the joint blood circulation, thus to improve the therapeutic effect.
