摘要 随着医院信息化的不断发展,医院各业务系统中积累了大量的医疗数据,为有效利用这些数据为临床科研服务,在集成平台和临床数据中心基础上建立了院级科研平台。通过医疗语言处理、电子病历标准化改造、临床试验电子数据采集(EDC)等多种数据获取方式,科研平台全面整合了患者门诊、住院、随访等信息。通过多种数据查询方式以及内置的统计分析软件,科研平台为临床医生的探索性研究提供思路,以数据驱动研究,将进一步提高临床科研产出的速度和质量。 With the development of hospital information system, hospital has accumulated large amounts of medical data. For the effective use of these data, we have established the scientific research platform that was based on the integration platform and clinical data repository. Through many ways, such as medical language processing, standardization of EMK, electronic data capture system (EDC), the scientific research platform has integrated all the medical data of patients including hospitalization information and follow- up information. Through a variety of data query methods and built-in statistical analysis software, the research platform will provide new thought for the future research, driven clinical research and improve the speed and quality of clinical research.
