The analysis of medical big data could optimize the allocation of medical resources, reduce medical costs and improve the efficiency of medical services, and would have a significant and far-reaching impact to our society and lives. This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of medical big data. On the basis of describing the distribution of data resources, this paper discussed the processing model of medical big data, and analyzed the related operational application in combination with the actual demand.
