数字化医院语音录入系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of Voice Input System in Digital Hospital

目的:在数字化医院中建立智能语音录入系统,评估应用效果,为其他医院日后应用语音录入提供重要的应用经验和参考。方法:在医院部署智能语音录入系统,在试用科室安装麦克风和客户端,医生试用并填写反馈,通过问卷调查的方式,对26个测试科室进行了收集反馈评价意见。结果:语音录入系统可以有效节省电子文本的录入时间,提高医院临床医生工作效率。结论:通过引入语音录入系统,有效地提高了医生的文本输入效率,降低了工作强度,大大缩减了医生录入电子文本的时间,节约时间用于患者治疗。

Objective： In digital hospital building intelligent voice inpnt system, evaluate the application effect, for other hospitals in the future application of voice entry provides important experience and reference value. Methods： Deploy intelligent voice input system in the hospital, install microphone and client in the test section, doctor try and fill in the feedback, through the way of questionnaire survey, collect feedback evaluation for 26 test department. Results： Voice input system can effectively save the electronic text entry time, improve the efficiency of our clinical doctors work. Conclusion： Our voice input system is introduced, which can effectively improve the efficiency of text input for a doctor, reduce the working strength, and electronic text entry time, save the time for patients treatment.
