摘要
目的:探讨早孕期系统超声切面检查在胎儿结构畸形筛查方面的应用。方法:选取2013年12月至2016年12月我院收治的孕妇4679例,所有孕妇均给予早孕期(11-13周)系统超声切面检查。结果:研究产后结果显示,结构畸形胎儿40例(0.85%),在筛查结构畸形敏感度、特异度、准确度方面,三维超声分别为92.50%、99.91%、99.85%,二维超声分别为72.50%、99.76%、99.53%,前者明显高于后者(P<0.05)。结论:早孕期三维系统超声切面检查可提高胎儿结构畸形的筛查效能,可作为重要的筛查方法之一。
Objective: To discuss the application of the early pregnancy system of ultrasonicplane check in terms of screening for fetal deformity. Methods: 4679 pregnant woman were selected from December 2012 to December 2016 in our Hospital, all pregnant women were checked by early pregnancy (11-13 weeks) system of ultrasonic plane. Results: According to the results of this study, structure of the malformation fetus was 40 cases (0.85%), in terms of sensitivity, specific and accuracy degree, the three-dimensional ultrasound were respectively 92.50%, 99.91% and 99.85%, the two-dimensional ultrasound were respectively72.50%, 99.76%, 99.53%, and the former were obviously higher than the latter(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Early pregnancy three-dimensional system of ultrasonic plane check can increase the efficiency of the screening of fetal deformity and it can be used as one of the important methods of screening
