彩色多普勒血流分级联合收缩期流速峰值对鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤的价值分析

Value Analysis of Color Doppler Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction Combine Peak Systolic Velocity for Distinguishing the Benign and Malignant Breast Tumors

目的:探讨彩色多普勒血流分级联合收缩期流速峰值(PSV)对鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤的价值。方法:回顾性选取2012年12月至2016年12月医院确诊治疗的乳腺良恶性肿瘤各100例,所有患者均给予彩色多普勒超声检查,并观察其血流成像和测定PSV,以病理学检查为对照。结果:恶性肿瘤患者血流分级、PSV水平明显高于良性肿瘤患者(P<0.05);在鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤敏感度、特异度、准确度中,血流分级以≥Ⅱ级为临界值时为84.00%、82.00%、83.00%,PSV以≥19.50 cm/s为临界值时为88.00%、84.00%、86.00%,二者联合鉴别时为96.00%、94.00%、95.00%,二者联合鉴别明显高于血流分级和PSV单独鉴别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒血流分级与PSV对鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤具有良好的效能,且二者联合可进一步提高其鉴别效能。

Objective： To discuss the value of color doppler thrombolysis in myocardial infarction combine peak systolic velocity （PSV） for distinguishing the benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods： Each 100 patients with benign and malignant breast tumors were selected from December 2012 to December 2016 in our hospital, all patients were given color doppler ultrasound and observed the blood flow imaging and detected the PSV, pathology examination as contrast. Results： The thrombolysis in myocardial infarction PSV level of malignant minor patients were higher than those of benign tumor patients（P〈0.0S）. In terms of the sensitivity, specific, accuracy degree for distinguishing benign and malignant breast tmnor, when thrombolysis in myocardial infarction for ≥ Ⅱ level as the critical value, they were 84.00%, 82.00% and 83.00%, when PSV for ≥ 19.50 cm/s as the critical value, they were 88.00%, 84.00% and 86.00%, when they joint, they were 96.00%, 94.00% and 95.00%, when they joint were higher than those of when thrombolysis in myocardial infarction for and PSV separate identification, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Color doppler thrombolysis in myocardial infarction and PSV have a good performance for distinguishing the benign and malignant breast tumors, and when they joint can further improve the identification efficiency.
