摘要
目的:利用人员主数据模型来实现医院人员信息集成,为其信息集成奠定良好基础。方法:建设总线方式的医院信息集成,并在此基础上建立人员数据的主数据结构。结果:使用总线集成方式实现了人员数据的发布及订阅。结论:医院集中化管理人员基础数据,在各个应用间同步和复用,实现了医院的精细化管理,提升了医院整体管理水平。
Objective： To realize the information integration of hospital personnel with tile master data model of personnel, and lay a good foundation for information integration. Methods： The hospital information integration based on bus is constructed, and the master data structure of the personnel data is built on this basis. Results： The publishing and subscription of data of personnel are realized by using bus integration. Conclusion： The hospital manages basic data of personnel together, synchronizes and reuses among various applications, realizes the fine management of the hospital and ilnproves the overall management level of the hospital.
