Exploration of Outpatient Charges Regulatory Model of Military Hospital in the Network Environment

目的:从工作实际出发,研究军队医院门诊收费数据信息化监管模式。方法:对HIS、财经平台及医保网中相应收费数据进行汇总、分析、对比,达到动态实时监控,及时发现异常情况。结果及结论:利用信息化监管模式,不但规避了医疗收费资金风险,同时也规范了工作流程,提高了工作质量和效率。

Objective： To study information regulation mode of military hospital outpatient service charges data from the real work. Methods： To summary, analysis and compared the corresponding charge data of the HIS system, financial platform and health insurance network, to achieve dynamic real-time monitoring, to detect abnormal data timely. Results ＆ Conclusion： The use of information technology regulatory model, not only avoid the risk of medical charges, but also standardize the work process, improve the quality of work and efficiency.
