分体机大导风板运动推出机构的电气设计

摘要 为实现大角度扫风功能,现分体机采用带运动机构推出导杆的大导风板机构设计,为了使运动机构实现可靠运作,要求内部运动导线选型、走线设计、以及用于检测定位的微动开关的行程设计合理可靠,本文将从这几个方面阐述电气设计的要点。 In order to realize the large-angle wind sweeping function, the air conditioner is usually designed with a large wind deflector which is moved by its motion mechanism and guide rods now. For the reliable movement of motion mechanism, the design of internal moving-wire selection, electrical wiring and micro-switches for detection and positioning must be reasonable and reliable. This paper will explain the main points of its electrical design for these aspects.
