基于数值模拟的冰箱压缩机阀组研究

摘要 本文综合考虑通过冰箱压缩机的流体流动、热交换以及流体和阀片的耦合过程,对某型号压缩机进行了建模与数值求解,获得了压缩机质量流量、制冷量、输入功率以及性能系数(COP)等整机性能参数,并与实验结果进行了对比,验证了数值模拟结果的准确性。在此基础上对比分析了吸排气阀片厚度、排气限位升程等阀组关键设计参数对压缩机整机性能参数的影响,为提升整机效率和吸排气阀片可靠性提供重要支持。 Considering the fluid flow, heat exchange, and coupling process between fluid and valve block of refrigerator compressor, the modeling and numerical calculation for a certain type of refrigerator compressor are implemented to obtain the compressor parameters such as mass flow, capacity, input power and coefficient of performance(COP). And compared with the experimental results, veracity of numerical calculation result is verified. Based on the mentioned above, the influence of valve group parameters suction valve thickness, discharge valve thickness, and discharge valve lift on the compressor performance are compared and analyzed. The results in this paper provide important support for improving efficiency and valve reliability of the reciprocating compressor.
