摘要
面向环境的生态设计,是机床产业实现可持续发展的重要发展方向。机床的生态环境表现与加工性能一样,同时成为下一代高性能机床的主要特征。分别从企业、产品、过程3个层次,介绍了机床企业实现生态设计的方式,阐述了日本和欧盟为推动机床生态设计而开展的政策研究和相关法规的制订工作,并重点介绍了机床产品在不同生命周期阶段的生态影响评价原则。讨论了减用能源、再用能源、回收能源、减少排放等4个机床实现高性能和生态友好双重要求的设计原则及对应的技术手段,并列举了国外生态机床产品的典型案例。
Eco-design is one of the key research directions for sustainable machine tools design, eco-performance will be equally important as machining performance in the characterisation of next generation machine tools.In this paper 4 machine tools design principles to achieve high machining and eco performances are introduced which are energy saving, energy reuse, energy recapture, and emission reduction.The application of these principles are illustrated by examplery products.This article introduced in firm, product, and process levels how machine tools firms could implement eco-desig;The policies and regulatory developments of Japan and EU on promoting machine tools eco-design;and the evaluation framework of eco-impact of machine tools in various life-cycle stages.
