摘要
针对四川某中低品位硅钙质胶磷矿,采用单一反浮选工艺流程,通过对加药制度、调整剂以及捕收剂等的试验,最终得到精矿产率61.60%,P2O5品位30.44%,P2O5回收率84.43%,MgO质量分数0.88%,MgO排除率91.13%的闭路试验结果。单一反浮选流程具有流程简单、经济价值较好的优点。
Tests were conducted on a low grade silicon calcium phosphate rock in Sichuan in a single reverse flotation process. The final concentrate with yield of 61. 60%, 30. 44% P2O5, 84.43% recovery , 0. 88% MgO content and 91. 13% MgO re- moval rate was obtained by selecting reagents and regulators in accordance with the different reagent dosing regimes in the closed-circuit tests. The single reverse flotation process has the advantages of simple flowsheet and better economic value.
