摘要
文章主要介绍空调行业热交换器生产过程中自封塑料螺母易出现阀芯泄漏情况,此缺陷影响生产效率,本文通过外观检查、结构分析、模拟复核,确定弹簧长度及弹性系数对阀芯的密封有一定影响,而垫圈、导向架弹簧之间的摩擦力过大,快速接头顶杆长度不足是造成阀芯不能正常弹出的主要原因,研究此问题的解决方法。
The article mainly in troduces valve core leakage condition of self-styled plastic nut during the pro- ducteve process of heat exchanger in air conditioner field, which is bad for production efficiency. This paper found the influencing factors by checking the appearance, analyzing the structure and reviewing simulation. The spring length and elasticity coefficient have some effects on the valve core leakage. The large friction force between the guide frame and spring and inadequate length of quick connector are the most important reasons tbr the valve core' s breakdown, prevention method of solving this kind of problem was also proposed.
